Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • This unit is on the bottom level and is accessed by about 8 total stairs.
  • After descending one short level from your designated parking, you will find a two bedroom, two bath condo.

Policies and Rules

  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. The reserving guest is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (4 guests) allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Children allowed. Be mindful of noise passing through shared walls.
  • No pets allowed. This property and Chetola Resort are not pet friendly.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Fees and Payments

  • For a small additional expense, Chetola Resort also offers fly fishing clinics and guide services, event planning, and wedding venue.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • Designated parking is provided. After descending one short level from your designated parking, you will find the condo.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • The kitchen is equipped with cooking basics and utensils for meal preparation.
  • A starter set of paper products is provided at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Hair dryer is provided.
  • Towels and bed linens are provided.
  • Clothes washing machine and clothes dryer available.
  • High-speed internet is available.
  • Community pool is available.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • The owners of this home use a security camera mounted above the entryway to monitor the exterior to ensure it remains safe when unoccupied. No cameras are aimed at the bedrooms, doors, or windows.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are installed.

Winter Travel Advisory

  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
